The Tower Gardens have been planted and I am so excited. In a few months I will be able to start harvesting my lettuce. This is the first time growing the larger veggies especially indoors.
There have been a few more recalls and this confirms to me that I am doing the right thing by knowing that I do not have to worry about recalls. Plus it is so therapeutic watching my gardens start from seed to my plate. Not to mention growing my own herbs.
I have named them.
Tower 1 is called Faith and she has all the various lettuce varieties.
Tower 2 is called Joy. She has peppers, cucumbers, beans and tomato varieties.
Tower 3 is called Joel. He is the Flex Tower Garden, and he has the larger vegetables. Spinach, Collard Greens, Cabbage, Kohlrabi, and Cantaloupe.
